《關於美國國家安全的呼籲》
美國應堅持采取與中共對等的原則
目前美國各地華人社區有許多社團懸挂《中華人民共和國》五星紅旗。美國政府應堅守對等原則：凡懸挂《中華人民共和國》五星紅旗華人社團，必須強製進行代理人登記，否則：
壹、依國家安全法規，定性為：特務（中共在美特別任務）組織。
贰、依法解散、撤銷其機構、凍結其賬戶！
叁、對該組織核心成員：立即遣送回中共國（入籍者撤銷其美國公民資格）。
肆、凡接受中共資金進行反美宣傳活動的機構核心成員，依叛國罪進行起訴。

中共海外滲透已不滿足於控製華人社區了，美國、加拿大都出現了中共統戰部所屬的同鄉會負責人參與政治選舉，而且得到資助。這是十分危險的政治動作，應該引起美國、加拿大政府注意，中共統戰部就是准間諜機構。

The United States insists on the principle of equal treatment with the CCP
At present, there are many associations in the Chinese community across the United States that hang the five-star red flag of the People’s Republic of China. The US government should adhere to the principle of equal treatment: Any Chinese community it hang the “Five People’s Republic of China” must be forced to enter the agent registration, otherwise:
First, Considered these associations as Special task organization( or Spy organization), accordance with national security regulations.
Second, disband these organizations and freeze their accounts according to law!
Third, the core members of the organization: immediately repatriated to the PRC (the naturalized person revokes his US citizenship).
Four, Prosecuted for treason to the core members of the organization that accept the CCP funds for anti-American propaganda activities,
